As your adoption Midwives, Jenn and Erin have three goals:

1. Empower adoptive couples with knowledge and support to achieve their hopes and overcome their fears.

2. Use research to coach Adoptive Families with skills to support their birthmom.

3.  Give Back*.  Service is part of who we are.  We also believe all Adoptive Families and Birthmoms should be treated with fairness and respect, and strive to  practice integrity based business.

* We partner with an orphanage and community programs in the mountains of Guatemala to provide education, nutrition, and safe living in a responsible manner.

Jenn’s biggest surprise came when she discovered she would have a baby nine months after adopting twins. Her family grew from four children to seven in one year!

She has worked a wide range of families: those with no children, those with many, those who had to wait years with local agencies, or those who were scammed and misrepresented. She’s helped empower families to handle the uncertainty of adoption with the proper skills and confidence. The one thing every family that's worked with Jenn has in common– they’ve all successfully adopted.

As a previous birthmother caseworker, as an adoptive family coach, and as a consultant of a facilitator managing over 100 adoptions a year, Jenn knows how to make your adoption happen. She knows with the right services you can match more quickly than you think, and by focusing efforts on positively supporting the birthmother, you can improve your success rate.

Erin’s biggest surprise came moments after selling her last baby items at a weekend yard sale. Her adopted child’s birth mom called and asked she would like to adopt his bio sibling who had been born that morning. She now has four adopted children.

As a former director of supportive birthmom housing, and as a birth mom caseworker, Erin has worked with hundreds of birth moms. Her one-on-one association with each birthmother has made her intimately aware of their fears, concerns and motivations.
